Why We Started
Buying home decor online usually means working from incomplete information. A listing may give rough dimensions and a vague note on materials, and a styled photo rarely shows how much light a lamp actually gives off or how heavy a cabinet feels once it is assembled. Shipping costs often show up only at checkout, and sending something back can take weeks of back-and-forth. Dinopi was set up to work differently: the details you need are on the product page, shipping is already included in the price, and returns are straightforward if a piece does not suit your space.

What We Sell
Our catalogue is organised into three categories. Lighting makes up most of it. Table lamps include hand-blown glass, stained-glass, sculpted dome, opal-edge, linen-shade ceramic, wave-form, and rechargeable designs, and our accent lamps include an organic glow lamp, a mushroom lamp, and a birch-tree light. For walls there is a heritage-style solar wall light, a cordless picture light, and a French iron petal sconce; for ceilings, a vintage flower glass pendant and a mid-century brass molecular chandelier. We also carry a gilded candelabra and a stone candle holder, plus outdoor solar lights such as a moon garden light and cobblestone lights. Our mirrors are oval full-length wall mirrors. Furniture covers storage cabinets (an arc-edge display cabinet, a rolling drawer cabinet, and a bamboo cabinet), shelving (a bamboo corner shelf, a rolling snack shelf, and a round display rack), coffee tables in bamboo and in semi-circular glass, and a console table designed for entryways. New products are added a few at a time, and each one passes the checks described below before it goes on sale.

How We Select and Check Products
Every product begins with a review of the supplier: how consistent their manufacturing is, how carefully they pack orders, and how they respond when something goes wrong. If a supplier meets our standards, we order a sample. We then measure the sample ourselves, check the figures against the stated specifications, and confirm that the materials match the description. Lamps and lights with a plug, battery, or solar panel are tested in each of their modes, and furniture is assembled and checked for stability and finish. We write each product page from our own notes instead of reusing the supplier's text. Should an item turn out to be unreliable once it is in customers' homes, we take it off the store.

2. Free tracked shipping. Shipping is free to every country we serve. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, transit takes 7–13 business days, and total delivery is typically 8–16 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
3. 30-day returns. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, and there is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Secure payment. Payments are processed by established providers over encrypted connections, and we never see or store your card details.
5. Responsive support. Every email is answered by our own team within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday.
